We suggest using a lightly damp cloth to clean the placemats, and to ensure their longevity, do not wash, soak, rub or squeeze in water.

Will The Jute Material Shed Fibres?

A little initial shedding is normal so trim any stray fibres with scissors (don’t pull). Shedding reduces with regular use / cleaning.

I Just Bought Your Placements But They Have An Odour. What Should I Do?

Yes, both the jute and the paint will have a mild smell, but just air out before use.
