Do The Lights Need To Be Hardwired?

Yes, these pendant lights must be hardwired into your ceiling’s electrical system. They are fully certified for use in all countries.

Do The Lights Come With Everything Needed For Installation?

Yes, each light includes the shade, ceiling canopy, adjustable cord, screws, instructions and other bits and pieces you need to make installation easy.

Do You Supply A Bulb With My Light, And If Not, How Do I Know What Type Of Bulb To Use?

Our lights are sold without bulbs so you can choose the perfect brightness and
colour temperature for your space. Apart from our Scalloped and Rose pendant lights that need an E14 screw in bulb, all of our other lights use a standard E27 / E26 screw-in bulb.

Can I Use A Dimmer Switch?

Yes, the lights are compatible with dimmer wall switches, just make sure to use a dimmable bulb!

Can I Buy Just The Lampshade?

Everything you need - the glass lampshade, cord and ceiling canopy - come as separate pieces, giving you the flexibility to use the lampshade in an existing fixture if needed.

Is The Cord Adjustable?

Yes, all of our lights have cords that can be adjusted to suit your height and décor needs. The specific length of each light's cord is stated on the bottom left-hand corner of each image.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship to anywhere you are in the world.

Do You Have A Store That I Can Visit To See the Lights In Real Life?

Our store is exclusively online offering you the convenience of shopping from the comfort of your own couch.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

That will depend on where you are located. For deliveries to Australia it can take 1-2 weeks. For everywhere else, it can take 2-3 weeks for your items to arrive. If you are buying our Nordic Wabi Sabi Pendant Lights however, given their size, deliveries to Australia can take between 2-4 weeks, and 4-6 weeks to the rest of the world.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

At Kindred Nook we hope you love your purchase as much as we do. However, we understand that shopping online means that you can't touch and feel the items you are buying, and sometimes what you receive may be different to what you expected. If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, less all shipping costs, provided that you have contacted us at hi@kindrednook.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
